Mainland UK Delivery Options
*Your order will only be available for immediate despatch if all your items are in stock at time of order.
If you have multiple items in your order and one of the items is currently out of stock, your order will be dispatched to you once all items are in stock. However, if you wish to receive the in-stock items now and the out-of-stock items when they become available at a later date, please contact our Sales Team by phone or email and express that you wish to receive your order as separate deliveries.
We may use a third-party warehouse to fulfil some or all of your order. Should your order need to be despatched from multiple warehouses, we will endeavour to arrange that your items arrive with you on the same day. Please note: In this instance you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
To ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible, we may use a variety of premium delivery carriers depending on the size, weight, shape and requirements of your order. While DPD is our usual delivery partner for many orders, certain products – particularly larger, heavier or unusually shaped items – may be better suited to an alternative carrier such as DHL or another specialist delivery service.
The delivery service used for your order is selected based on the most appropriate option available for your items and delivery address. There is no additional charge if we use an alternative carrier.
We will keep you up to date when your order is on its way and the carrier will send you a text/email on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your order.

You will receive tracking and delivery notifications from the carrier handling your order, so you can follow its progress and know when to expect your delivery.
DPD Predict Service
Never miss a parcel delivery – for orders sent via DPD you will be notified by text and email on the day of despatch and again on the day of delivery offering a one hour time-slot. If you’re unavailable during this time you have the option of re-arranging your delivery date, or for your delivery to be left with a neighbour.
Download the DPD Predict app and nominate a specific neighbour, your chosen safe place or collect the parcel from your local DPD pickup shop. Please note that a signature is required for all DPD deliveries.
Direct Deliveries from Supplier
Where a product states direct delivery, this will be fulfilled by the supplier directly from their warehouse. Each supplier has a different delivery service. Please contact our sales team on [email protected] for any queries regarding direct deliveries.
Provided lead times are best estimates at the time as provided by our suppliers and are measured against a standard working week and do not factor in national holidays.
Please note that we can only deliver furniture to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Islands and Ireland. We are unable to accept orders for International delivery.
