Joie Ramble XL Carrycot
The Ramble XL carrycot from Joie features plush, soft lining and full cot cushioning to ensure your little one is as comfortable as possible. Suitable from birth to around 6 months, this accessory is the ideal lie-flat solution for busy families and pairs perfectly with the Joie Versatrax strollers (adaptors sold separately).
The carrycot has a large UPF50+ retractable canopy with multiple positions and a convenient leatherette carry handle. Together with the cool-weather apron, it provides excellent cover from the wind and rain. The Ramble XL carrycot set includes a rain cover for heavy showers. At the inner foot end, you can also find a storage pocket suitable for small items, such as nappies. The entire unit can be folded for easy and convenient storage.
This updated version features memory buttons and repositioned adapter brackets to place the Ramble XL in the centre of the stroller for improved stability.

Joie i-Snug 2 i-Size Infant Carrier
Suitable from birth to 13kg of weight and 75 cm tall, the Joie i-Snug 2 is a rearward-facing infant carrier approved with ECE R129/03 i-Size safety regulations. This excellent car seat has a durable and lightweight shell with convenient handle, which makes it easy to lift and carry your baby. Its curved shape of the seat base allows you to rock your child in the seat when is used in free-standing position.
Exclusive features of the i-Snug 2 like Tri-Protect ™ headrest including Intelli-Fit™ memory foam provide optimal side impact protection while a 3-point harness keeping your baby tight in. The easy washable and removable fabrics including full body support cushion adds more comfort to your child seating. A detachable sun canopy supplements protection for sun radiation when it's needed.
The Joie i-Snug 2 is compatible with Joie Clickfit, i-Base, i-Base lx, i-Base Advance and i-Base Encore (included). DPD Predict Service
Never miss a parcel delivery – for orders sent via DPD you will be notified by text and email on the day of despatch and again on the day of delivery offering a one hour time-slot. If you’re unavailable during this time you have the option of re-arranging your delivery date, or for your delivery to be left with a neighbour.
Download the DPD Predict app and nominate a specific neighbour, your chosen safe place or collect the parcel from your local DPD pickup shop. Please note that a signature is required for all DPD deliveries.
Direct Deliveries from Supplier
Where a product states direct delivery, this will be fulfilled by the supplier directly from their warehouse. Each supplier has a different delivery service. Please contact our sales team on [email protected] for any queries regarding direct deliveries.
Provided lead times are best estimate at the time as provided by our suppliers and are measured against a standard working week and do not factor in national holidays.
Please note that we can only deliver furniture to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Islands and Ireland. We are unable to accept orders for International delivery.

Some of out heavier/bulkier products are fulfilled through one of our Logistics partners - CuddleCo/Kiss Logistics via a Panther Carrier Service. You will receive delivery communication as “CuddleCo”, your information will only be used for the fulfilment of the order.

Posting and Packaging
Here at Winstanleys Pramworld we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect. Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items - please double check the contents of the box. Opening your order does not affect any returns.

What if one of the items in my order is out of stock?

If an item is marked as out of stock what does this mean?
When a product is marked as out of stock on our website, it means it is temporarily out of stock cannot be dispatched right away but is on order with our supplier. Upon receiving your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise an estimated delivery date.
Can I change my designated delivery day?
Yes. If you wish to select an alternative delivery day please give our Sales Team a call before 4.00pm on the day your order was placed. Once our courier DPD has collected your parcel(s) from us you will receive an email and/or SMS text message containing a link to DPD's website that will direct you to the tracking information for your order, enabling you to check its progress, location or even change your delivery day.
