The Shop N Care Stroller from Hauck is a super versatile city all-rounder built on narrow frame with 4 large a puncture proof and suspended wheels, which also enables overcome terrain unevenness. Despite of being a full-sized pushchair, the Shop N Care weights just 8.5 kg and can be easily folded with one-hand to self-standing position. That allows you for hassle-free travels with your baby by bus, tram or other public transport. With the XL basket under the seat, you can also do a little shopping along the way.
The Hauck Shop N Care boasts a comfortable seat unit with an adjustable harness and a detachable safety bar featuring an integrated snack tray. This handy accessory includes a contoured food tray with a cup holder, providing your little one with a convenient place to enjoy a meal on the go. After a meal, your child will likely be ready for a nap. With the easily adjustable backrest and footrest in the Shop N Care stroller, this won't be a problem. Drive N Car Car Seat
The Hauck Drive N Care Car Seat is a lightweight, i-Size compliant infant car seat designed for safety and comfort from birth up to 87 cm (approximately 13 kg). Tested to the UN ECE R129-03 standard, it features energy-absorbing materials for reliable side-impact protection. The seat includes a UPF 50+ sun canopy, breathable mesh fabrics for ventilation, and a removable, washable cover. Its adjustable headrest and harness, along with removable newborn inserts, allow it to grow with your child.
Weighing just 4.4 kg, it's easy to carry and can be installed using either your vehicle's 3-point seatbelt or the separately available Isofix base, which offers visual indicators for correct installation. Hauck products are covered by a 1 year warranty period from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required - keep your receipt.

- Deliberate damage, undue force, misuse, neglect or accident
- Airline damage
- Damage caused by non-domestic use
- Repair or modification carried out by non-approved retailer
- Use on non-Hauck spare parts and accessories
- Car seats which have been involved in an accident. We recommend all car seats should be replaced if involved in an accident
- Matching accessories e.g. changing bags, cosytoes etc.
- Failure to maintain product as advised in the user instructions

DPD Predict Service
Never miss a parcel delivery – for orders sent via DPD you will be notified by text and email on the day of despatch and again on the day of delivery offering a one hour time-slot. If you’re unavailable during this time you have the option of re-arranging your delivery date, or for your delivery to be left with a neighbour.
Download the DPD Predict app and nominate a specific neighbour, your chosen safe place or collect the parcel from your local DPD pickup shop. Please note that a signature is required for all DPD deliveries.
Direct Deliveries from Supplier
Where a product states direct delivery, this will be fulfilled by the supplier directly from their warehouse. Each supplier has a different delivery service. Please contact our sales team on sales@pramworld.co.uk for any queries regarding direct deliveries.
Provided lead times are best estimate at the time as provided by our suppliers and are measured against a standard working week and do not factor in national holidays.
Please note that we can only deliver furniture to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Islands and Ireland. We are unable to accept orders for International delivery.

Some of out heavier/bulkier products are fulfilled through one of our Logistics partners - CuddleCo/Kiss Logistics via a Panther Carrier Service. You will receive delivery communication as “CuddleCo”, your information will only be used for the fulfilment of the order.

Posting and Packaging
Here at Winstanleys Pramworld we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect. Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items - please double check the contents of the box. Opening your order does not affect any returns.

What if one of the items in my order is out of stock?

If an item is marked as out of stock what does this mean?
When a product is marked as out of stock on our website, it means it is temporarily out of stock cannot be dispatched right away but is on order with our supplier. Upon receiving your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise an estimated delivery date.
Can I change my designated delivery day?
Yes. If you wish to select an alternative delivery day please give our Sales Team a call before 4.00pm on the day your order was placed. Once our courier DPD has collected your parcel(s) from us you will receive an email and/or SMS text message containing a link to DPD's website that will direct you to the tracking information for your order, enabling you to check its progress, location or even change your delivery day.
