Newborn Front Inward Position
Perfect for newborns and smaller babies, a specially designed neck support turns inward to brace their developing neck and head from the very start. It carries your baby in a hip-healthy M position as you introduce them to the world. The back panel’s fabric stretches to support the spine, copying its natural curved C shape. It also helps you regulate your baby’s temperature, heart and respiratory rates. Having their head on your chest helps the natural development of their spine and this position makes breastfeeding so much easier when you are in the city or park.
Front Inward Position
Carry your baby in a hip-healthy M position and keep them close to your heart as you discover new places together. The back panel’s fabric stretches to support the spine, mimicking its natural curved C shape. It also helps you regulate your baby’s temperature, heart and respiratory rates. Having their head on your chest supports the natural development of their spine and our carrier is designed to support your baby’s neck. Breastfeeding and nursing are also so much easier when you are outdoors, with the flap up or down.
Front Outward Position
Let your baby face their new world once they are around 6 months old. By this age, many children are strong enough to support their head and can sit up unaided. Switching to forward-facing for short periods of around 20 minutes helps with cognitive and speech development as they are more involved in your daily life. Designed to create the ergonomically astute M posture, it keeps your child’s knees comfortably up.
Back Inward Position
Once your little one is big enough, you can start carrying them on your back. As they get heavier, back-carrying can be more comfortable for you as their weight is distributed evenly and it’s more fun for your child. The carrier is designed to keep their hips and legs in an M position and promote healthy hip development. Whilst the back panel’s fabric stretches to support their spine, replicating its natural curved C shape.

DPD Predict Service
Never miss a parcel delivery – for orders sent via DPD you will be notified by text and email on the day of despatch and again on the day of delivery offering a one hour time-slot. If you’re unavailable during this time you have the option of re-arranging your delivery date, or for your delivery to be left with a neighbour.
Download the DPD Predict app and nominate a specific neighbour, your chosen safe place or collect the parcel from your local DPD pickup shop. Please note that a signature is required for all DPD deliveries.
Direct Deliveries from Supplier
Where a product states direct delivery, this will be fulfilled by the supplier directly from their warehouse. Each supplier has a different delivery service. Please contact our sales team on [email protected] for any queries regarding direct deliveries.
Provided lead times are best estimate at the time as provided by our suppliers and are measured against a standard working week and do not factor in national holidays.
Please note that we can only deliver furniture to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Islands and Ireland. We are unable to accept orders for International delivery.

Some of out heavier/bulkier products are fulfilled through one of our Logistics partners - CuddleCo/Kiss Logistics via a Panther Carrier Service. You will receive delivery communication as “CuddleCo”, your information will only be used for the fulfilment of the order.

Posting and Packaging
Here at Winstanleys Pramworld we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect. Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items - please double check the contents of the box. Opening your order does not affect any returns.

What if one of the items in my order is out of stock?

If an item is marked as out of stock what does this mean?
When a product is marked as out of stock on our website, it means it is temporarily out of stock cannot be dispatched right away but is on order with our supplier. Upon receiving your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise an estimated delivery date.
Can I change my designated delivery day?
Yes. If you wish to select an alternative delivery day please give our Sales Team a call before 4.00pm on the day your order was placed. Once our courier DPD has collected your parcel(s) from us you will receive an email and/or SMS text message containing a link to DPD's website that will direct you to the tracking information for your order, enabling you to check its progress, location or even change your delivery day.
