Information Regarding Online Orders & Delivery
Can I still Order Online?
Yes! Orders can be still be placed as normal, our online business is functioning normally and our despatch team are working hard to get your orders picked, packed and despatched in the most hygienic and safest way possible. We have good stock levels and are replenishing stock where possible.
Are there any delivery delays?
We endeavour to despatch orders on time, as usual, while observing additional safety and cleaning protocols and all in-stock orders are being despatched within 1-2 days. However, please be advised that DPD and Hermes are experiencing some delays to deliveries.
How can I receive my Parcel if I'm self isolating?
You will have the option to instruct Delivery services to leave your parcels in a designated safe place.
How are the Delivery Services managing COVID-19?
DPD have implemented a "contact free delivery" process which reduces the contact between the DPD driver and the consignee. DPD will no longer be asking customers to sign handheld units and the Drivers will instead do this on the consignee’s behalf. Hermes have also implemented “contact free delivery”. Customers will be asked to nominate a “safe place” which can be done through the Hermes app. If a safe place hasn’t been chosen then the courier will leave it in a safe place and take a photo which will be included in the delivery notification email. For parcels requiring signatures, couriers will do this on behalf of customers if they wish to avoid unnecessary contact.
How are returns affected?
we are running on a limited returns procedure at the moment. Only essential returns will be accepted and items can be returned to us once we are back up and running as normal. The 30 day returns policy will be relaxed under the circumstances.

How do I Collect my Order?
Future collect in store orders will be sent to your designated delivery address when agreed, via DPD or Contactless Collection from our Warehouse. For pre-arranged collections (builds) please contact Email or live chat.
