If you place your order before 2.00pm it will be delivered to you the next working day by our courier DPD for in stock items unless otherwise stated in the product details. If your order is placed after 2.00pm it will be delivered within 2 working days unless otherwise stated in the product details. For orders to Northern Ireland, Islands and the Highlands please allow 2-3 working days for delivery*. Please note that we do not dispatch or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

If a mobile number is given during the checkout stage you will receive a text message from DPD on the delivery day notifying you of the 1-hour time slot during which your order will be delivered. If you will be unavailable during this time you have the option of arranging for your parcel(s) to be left in a specific safe place of your choice, to be left with a nominated neighbour, for the delivery to be rearranged for another day or you can choose to collect the parcel from your local DPD pickup shop. Please note that a signature is required for all DPD deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel(s) enters DPDs network you will receive an email and/or SMS text message containing a link to DPD's website that will direct you to the tracking information for your order, enabling you to check its progress, location or even change your delivery day.
Nursery Furniture Deliveries
The majority of our furniture orders are fulfilled by the supplier and are delivered direct from their warehouse. Each supplier has a different delivery service. Some couriers only deliver to the door and others will deliver to a room of choice. Please contact our sales team on firstname.lastname@example.org for any queries regarding furniture deliveries.
Please note that we can only deliver furniture to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Islands and Ireland. We are unable to accept orders for International delivery.
Mainland UK delivery is free on orders of £50.00 or over, unless otherwise indicated. If your order total is £49.99 or less a delivery charge of £3.95 is applicable. All orders to Northern Ireland, and Islands/Offshore* are charged at a flat rate of £8.95. Orders to the Channel Islands are charged at a flat rate of £19.95. Posting and Packaging
Here at Winstanleys Pramworld we operate a recycling policy and frequently re-use original packaging to ship brands or products that are different to those that appear on the original box. If you receive a package that has a different brand or product on the box other than you are expecting, please open the box to determine if the product is incorrect. Additionally, we will occasionally pack smaller items in with larger items - please double check the contents of the box. Opening your order does not affect any returns.
Items marked as Direct Delivery on our website are despatched to you directly from the manufacturer via their preferred delivery courier. Your order will be processed, dispatched and delivered within the timescale specified at time of order, i.e. 5-7 working days, although this can be subject to change. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not included within these timeframes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if one of the items in my order is out of stock?
If you have multiple items in your order and one of the items is currently out of stock, your order will be dispatched to you once all items are in stock. However, if you wish to receive the in-stock items now and the out-of-stock items when they become available at a later date, please contact our Sales Team by phone or email and express that you wish to receive your order as separate deliveries.
If an item is marked as pre-order what does this mean?
When a product is marked as pre-order on our website, it means it is temporarily out of stock cannot be dispatched right away but is on order with our supplier. Upon receiving your order we will contact you within 24 hours to advise an estimated delivery date.
Can I change my designated delivery day?
Yes. If you wish to select an alternative delivery day please give our Sales Team a call before 2.00pm on the day your order was placed. Once our courier DPD has collected your parcel(s) from us you will receive an email and/or SMS text message containing a link to DPD's website that will direct you to the tracking information for your order, enabling you to check its progress, location or even change your delivery day.
