The Axkid ONE is an ISOFIX car seat that allows rear-facing travel up to approx. 7 years of age (61-125 cm/0-23 kg) and has been UNR129/i-Size approved. It provides the most leg room on the market and installs easily in only 30 seconds.
Axkid’s safest car seat, the Axkid ONE is the only rear facing ISOFIX car seat available that has been i-Size tested all the way up to 7 years old. Suitable from 6 months, this innovative car seat is designed for rear facing up to 3 years longer than other ISOFIX car seats and guarantees 5 times safer travel.
The Axkid ONE is constructed with robust aluminium and hardened steel and is perfectly lightweight at a weight of only 10kg, ideal for rear facing travel for older and heavier children. It boasts shock-absorbing materials to reduce the forces on impact in the event of a collision and ASIP (Axkid Side Impact Protection), which is additional protection that is used on the side of the car seat that is closest to the car door. There are also ventilation holes to ensure your little one is cool and comfortable in the warmer months.
The Axkid ONE features rail mounting for back and forth adjustment up to 30cm with only one hand which provides a wider angle for easier installation. Older children can use the safety frame as a handle to climb in and out without assistance and have additional legroom for more comfortable travel thanks to the larger anti-rotation bar. The rail mounting allows you to easily push the car seat backwards to provide more room for the front seat passenger without the need to remove the car seat.
Installation of the Axkid ONE couldn’t be easier and is assured in only 30 seconds! There are 6 self-explanatory installation steps and a self-tightening anti-rotation bar with a built-in audio cue to inform you if your seat has been installed correctly and the ISOFIX connectors and lightweight build provide easy usage.
Comfort is important for your children so the Axkid ONE features the Sleepwell System which provides adjustable reclining positions up to 42 degrees for improved sleep or upright position and prevents your child’s head falling forward. The headrest also adjusts to 12 positions with only one hand and there is an integrated headrest cushion.
