The Slalom R is a striking stroller with an anodised tubular structure and modern look – a hard wearing stroller that responds well to all terrains.
Building on the success of the Slalom Pro, the Jane ‘Slalom R’ has an innovative reversible seat, meaning that baby can face forwards and watch the world go by, or face you for some interaction and baby talk.
Maximum comfort on all terrains is a priority, three large 273mm low-profile wheels with ball bearings and air-filled tyres, plus adjustable rear spring suspension to give a pleasant, smooth ride, and a rear inverted ‘C’ shaped structure meaning that there’s plenty space for your feet. For complete control and manoeuvrability, the Slalom R has a new Stop and Go parking brake and its signature powerful disc brake on the 360° front swivel wheel. The brake can be conveniently controlled from the handlebar, giving extra control over rougher terrain or when going down steep hills or walkways.
The oversized 100% aluminium tubular chassis (43 x 25 mm) is exceptionally strong yet lightweight, and the Slalom R’s superior folding action is activated by realeasing two main trigger locks on the handle. For even more compactness when folded, the wheels can easily be removed at the touch of a button, and the aluminium footrest can be folded.
Like the rest of the Jané range, the Slalom R is fitted with the Pro-Fix system (patented) which means that it can be connected to a vast new range of carrycots and car seats.
